Want to show off one of your CreatureBreeder.com pets on your homepage or blog? You can now copy embed code from the ‘Look Closer’ page for your creature. Paste this code into the HTML of your page, and your pet will appear!

Please note that this will only work if you are able to directly edit the code of your site. So you won’t be able to add your creature to facebook just yet.

We introduced a new restriction today to prevent users under the age of 13 from posting comments without parental permission. We understand that this will be frustrating for our younger users and their friends, and we hope that you understand we are doing it for everyone’s safety.

We’ve made a few more small changes today. One of the changes was to our stylesheet, so if you’re having problems seeing the FB count on your farm, please clear your browser cache.

Dear farmers,

In the interest of keeping our users (and their personal information) secure, we’ve made two small changes today.

1) New users will now, by default, block all comments from non-favorited farmers. Of course you can still change is option in ‘settings’ at any time.

2) You are now able to delete your own comments that you’ve posted on other users’ farms.

PLEASE never post personal information in creaturebreeder! and if you do post something accidentally (a phone number, address, email etc) use the ‘delete’ button to remove it!

Also, I wanted to let you all know that we’re going to continue working on these safety/security concerns. There may be more changes coming and I ask that everyone please understand how important these changes are.
