Oh, also.. you may notice a bit of weirdness, like your moneytree appearing to be full of coins, even though it’s not. Clearing your browser cache should take care of that.

Dear farmers,

You may have noticed a little hiccup just now when we deployed a big update. Most of the changes are behind the scenes.. but you will notice a new addition to the store, under ‘essentials’.

Look on the settings page for the new blocking options. We encourage everyone to ‘keep it clean’ on creaturebreeder.com, but you never know who you’ll run into on the wild wild web :(

Hey all,

We added a couple little features today. 1) You can now specify a ‘quantity’ before you purchase something in the store. 2) From the settings page, you can now sell accessories back to the store, but you only get half the original price (!)

Also, Zurueboo brings up an important point (for all the parents/guardians out there) in the forum (I believe it’s in the ‘suggestions’ section), so be sure to weigh in on that.

Hey all,

We’re instituting a new rule where each username must be unique, regardless of case. So having two accounts named ‘aemon’ and ‘Aemon’ will not be allowed. We would like to ask that any users who have accounts like this, please change the name of one of their accounts (for instance, I could change ‘aemon’ to ‘aemon1’ or ‘aemon_old’).

In a couple days, if you’ve not changed the name, we will change it for you.

Some of you may have noticed some weirdness today: like eggs too early, and then un-hatching. This is the result of your browser hanging on to an out-of-date flash file. Caching is a good thing; it makes sure you don’t have to reload EVERYTHING everytime you look at a farm, but it can cause visual hiccups once in a while(hopefully once in a long while :).
